IDE-E at the COP23, Bonn (Germany)
Conference on "Supporting Local Climate Action through Multi-Level Governance"
The COP23 Side-Event jointly organised by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB), GIZ and adelphi has shown the effectiveness of multi-level climate governance frameworks and instruments in supporting local climate action. The side event brought together representatives from different levels of government, urban experts and other stakeholders to discuss lessons learned from multi-level climate governance.
