At a national level, we provide strategic support to national structures and authorities for the design, set-up, implementation and monitoring of financing mechanisms for energy actions and projects for local actors.

At the local level, we support the local authorities in identifying and mobilising finance for their climate-energy projects.

> Identification and assessment of funding instruments and mechanisms available to cities and local authorities;

> Support to local authorities in designing bankable projects;

> Capacity building of cities to mobilise national and international funding for their energy projects.
