Development of municipal energy accounting and training of municipal energy staff.
Short project description
The project aims to support four Moroccan municipalities, Fam El Hisn, Tata, Er-rich and Midelt, in the implementation and operation of a computerised energy monitoring tool to support municipal energy planning.

It is a decision support tool that helps municipalities to set energy saving targets based on performance indicators; facilitates the identification of energy saving measures, the planning of energy actions and the monitoring of their impacts in terms of energy savings and emission reductions.
